Under guidence of Mrs Mahendra Devi Somani in memory of her husband late Sh. Ratan Lal Somani to fulfil his dream of social service in field of health and education. This trust helps needy and poor patients to provide medical & educational facilities at the subsidized rates and/or free of cost. The trust is tax exempted under 80 G exemption. In memory of Late Ratan Lal Somani at Bagar, for construction of Circle, Stone laying ceremony was done by Dr. Naresh Somani & Dr. Rajkumari Somani. Around 100 people of Bagar were present.

Camp Activities done so far:

This trust organized more then 50 medical check-up and treatment camp in rural part of Rajasthan. In these camps prominent specialists doctors check the patients and give them advise. Free medicine is also distribute for poor and needy patients. Laboratory tests like ECG, Blood Sugar, Sonography, Urine, Stool, ESR and other important investigations are done totally free in these camps.

Educational Scholorship:

Under the banner of this trust so many educational scholarships are running for poor but brilliant students. It will help to studying further .

Donation to Maheshwari Samaj regularly for social services:

This trust regularly participate in social services. This trust continuous donations to mahashwari samaj for social and cultural activities.

Free Hapetitis “B” Vaccination since 2003 till now:

Free Hepatitis B vaccination since 2003 till now. Trust is running free Hepatitis B vaccination programme for Childs in rural part of Rajasthan.
